KPI Integrated Solutions (KPI) is proud to announce and welcome:

Nicole joins KPI with 7+ years of experience in data analytics and project management. Her most recent role was as a Project Manager for BAE Systems in Pennsylvania where she specified goals, monitored resource allocation, and managed the schedule, budget, and staffing changes for multiple, simultaneous projects ranging in cost from $400,000 to $14,000,000. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from York College of Pennsylvania. She also holds two Master of Science Degrees, one in Project Management and Operations and the other in Data Analytics, from Southern New Hampshire University. Her analytics and project management experience will aid KPI in providing efficient and customized supply chain solutions for clients. KPI proudly welcomes Nicole as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.

 

Ron joins KPI with 30+ years of experience in information and marketing technologies. His most recent role was as Director of Marketing, Technology, and DevOps for Response Technologies in Ohio where he managed application development testing using VS Code, Jenkins, GitHub, PHP, JSON, AWS, Azure, and others for embedded software applications. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Kentucky University. His IT and systems experience will aid KPI in providing efficient design and implementation solutions for clients. KPI proudly welcomes Ron as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.

 

Lindsey joins KPI with numerous years of experience in human resources and people management. Her most recent role was as a HR Generalist for Black Rock Coffee Bar where she established an onboarding process and recruiting strategy that improved the efficiency of onboarding and I-9 compliance, managed processes regarding disciplinary actions and investigations, and handled full cycle recruiting for all salaried and out of store employees. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Kettering College. Her human resources experience will aid KPI in hiring the best employees to provide exemplary design and implementation solutions for clients. KPI proudly welcomes Lindsey as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.

 

Celina joins KPI with 14+ years of experience in sales, office management, and project management. Her most recent role was as a Sr. Warehouse Manager for Mid America where she assisted in the packing and shipping process as needed to meet volume requirements and maintain customer satisfaction. She also managed inventory, the company’s ecommerce website, and employees. Celina’s customer service, project management, and employee management skills will aid KPI in providing exemplary design and implementation solutions for clients.
