Amy joins KPI with 2+ years of experience in industrial engineering. Her most recent role was as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Arlington where she enhanced an existing empirically grounded agent-based model in NetLogo to simulate the implementation of a crowdsourced food waste management initiative. She also developed Python scripts to efficiently prepare multiple input data decks from a single source for simulation environments.

While Amy holds several degrees in topics from ranging from business, psychology, and culinary arts, her most recent degree earned was a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her advanced schooling and industrial engineering experience will aid KPI as we provide exceptional simulation and modeling services for our clients. KPI proudly welcomes Amy as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.

 

Mike joins KPI with 22+ years of experience in engineering and estimating. His most recent role was as Manager of Estimating at Honeywell where he supervised the concepting and estimating team that supported the western regional sales team. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sacramento State University. His estimation experience will aid KPI as we provide cost-effective design and implementation solutions for our clients. KPI proudly welcomes Mike as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.

 

Shayne joins KPI with 23+ years of experience in manufacturing and processing facility operations. His most recent role was as Sr. Solutions Engineer for Honeywell – Intelligrated where he worked closely with clients to develop automation-based solutions that met desired project goals. He also performed site visits for preliminary engineering layout and process specifications for manufacturing, distribution, and fulfillment opportunities. Shayne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Resource Management and Wildlife Biology from Pennsylvania State University. His manufacturing and operations background will aid KPI in providing exceptional service for our clients. KPI proudly welcomes Shayne as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.

 

Drew joins KPI with 9+ years of experience in simulation engineering. His most recent role was as a Simulation Engineer at Vanderlande Industries where he developed simulation models for large scale materials handling automation projects in airport baggage handling, parcel sortation, and warehouse automation.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University. His simulation engineering experience will aid KPI as we provide exceptional simulation and modeling services for our clients. KPI proudly welcomes Drew as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.

 

Gregory joins KPI with 8+ years of experience in the manufacturing and logistics industries. His most recent role was as an Engineer for Manufacturing Systems at Kennametal in Pennsylvania where he established and managed manufacturing simulation work streams, oversaw the development and deployment of multiple data-driven facility models, coordinated with internal cross-functional team and external partners, and created modeling standards and internal training resources. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh’s Swanson School of Engineering. His simulation engineering experience will aid KPI as we provide exceptional simulation and modeling services for our clients. Edward joins KPI with 7+ years of experience in finances. His most recent role was as an Investment Analyst for 40 | 86 Investment Advisors in Indiana where he monitored investment accounts for adherence to asset allocation objectives and policies. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree and a Master of Finance Degree, both from the University of Dayton.
