Mississauga, ON March 28, 2022 – Blue Giant Equipment Corporation is pleased to announce the launch of PowderCoat Vehicle Restraints, a new finish that will now come standard on all Blue Giant vehicle restraints.
At Blue Giant we apply the finest materials, technologies, and processes to continuously improve our products. PowderCoat is a long-lasting, durable finish for industrial machinery with an exceptional resistance to, moisture, physical impact, and the corrosive effects of salt, making it well-suited for constant use in exterior environments and high traffic applications. The body of the vehicle restraints are coated in PowderCoat and are put through an automated shot blasting preparation to ensure a superior adhesion and finish. The arm of the vehicle restraints is a dichromate finish, ensuring the impact zone is durable and chip resistant.
The Blue Giant PowderCoat Vehicle Restraints have been put through diligent and rigorous testing, outlasting all electroplated finishes. Proven by field tests and a 1000-hour salt spray test, validating the superior corrosion resistance of the PowderCoat technology.
