Beau joins KPI with 15+ years of experience in electronics and field service engineering. His most recent role was as a Field Service Engineer for Diagnostica Stago, Inc. in Pennsylvania where he provided curative and emergency services, preventive maintenance, and digital product updates at customers’ facilities. Beau studied Business Management at Lackawanna College and Electronics Engineering at ITT Technical College, both in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Beau’s background in digital engineering will aid KPI in providing lifetime maintenance services to clients. KPI proudly welcomes Beau as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.

 

Francisco joins KPI with 22+ years of experience as an electrical and mechanical technician. His most recent role was as a Service Technician for Warehouse Repair Solutions in Georgia where he provided maintenance and repairs of dock doors and dock levelers, interior building repair, framing, sheet rock services, and painting. He also repaired conveyor systems, jockey and yard trucks, shrink wrappers, plumbing systems, and golf carts. Francisco holds an Associate Degree in Industrial Mechanics with PLC from Mech Tech College. Francisco’s electrical and mechanical background will aid KPI in maintaining safe and efficient client sites. KPI proudly welcomes Francisco as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.

 

Muhammad joins KPI with 11+ years as a maintenance technician for various industries. His most recent role was as a Field Technician for Barranco Enterprises in Georgia where he installed and provided maintenance for food and beverage machines, kitchen equipment, and pizza ovens. Muhammad holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Ndejje University. Muhammad’s background in electrical engineering will aid KPI in providing lifetime maintenance services to clients. KPI proudly welcomes Muhammad as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.

 

Robert joins KPI with 26+ years of experience in the logistics, supply chain, and transportation industries. His most recent role was as Group Lead of Distribution for Ryder SCS where he was recruited to design and lead operations for a complex and highly automated three distribution center solution for a Fortune 500 company. Robert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Duquesne University. He is also a Six Sigma Green Belt. Robert’s background in the supply chain and transportation industries will aid KPI in relentlessly pursuing the right solution for clients. KPI proudly welcomes Robert as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.

 

Ruochen joins KPI with 7+ years of experience in IT and web development. His most recent role was as a Web Developer for Solutions Agency where he integrated multiple client sites with their ERP systems. He also designed many development projects involving Wordpress. Ruochen studied at the University of Cincinnati and at Ohio State University. He is also well versed in many programming and coding processes including HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, and Firebase. Ruochen’s web development background will add value to KPI’s client design and implementation projects. KPI proudly welcomes Ruochen as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.
