TRAPO is a newcomer at Modex with its expertise in in an end-of-line solution for the food industry: TRAPO has assumed palletizing, pallet transportation, warehousing, as well as autonomous truck loading with high-performance systems for a manufacturer in the cheese industry.
The company packages over 12,000 tons of processed and fresh cheese and around 28,000 tons of sliced cheese. Hygienic design and stainless steel manufacturing are included!

In parallel to these tasks, TRAPO engineers and IT specialists have developed TIM, the TRAPO Intelligent Management System. TIM collects and monitors processes in production and intralogistics 24/7 based on the specified OEE performance, thus enabling targeted optimization and predictive maintenance.
