Designed for demanding, heavy duty applications, the NextGen Ultra is a hydraulic dock leveler that applies advanced engineering and science-based load and usage results, to ensure safety, longevity, and efficiency up to 40,000 lbs. dynamic loads (80,000 lbs. static capacity), compiled as the Application Usage System.
Multiple full length structural beams ensure lasting performance, continuous full width lip pin and rear hinge support even load distribution, full hydraulic operation of deck and lip cylinders provide the best-in-class operation, and an open front frame makes for easy cleaning and maintenance.
