KPI Integrated Solutions (KPI) is proud to announce and welcome:
  • Patrick Grove as one of the Company's Site Supervisors
  • Ron Nabel as the Company's Solutions Design Manager
  • Danielle Pattee as one of the Company's Project Engineers
  • Edward Burger as one of the Company's Site Supervisors
  • Vanora O’Loughlin as one of the Company's Project Managers
Patrick joins KPI with 17+ years of leadership experience in the private sector and the United States Army. His most recent role was as Commercial Carpenter for Appletech Design & Construction Inc. where he worked on over 50 US Army Corps of Engineers and Department of Public Works lead job sites. He was also selected out of a 12-man crew of Journeymen and apprentice carpenters to be the Superintendent’s partner due to his motivation, initiative, work ethic, and quality of work. Patrick is currently working on a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the American Military University in West Virginia. He has also completed a Basic Leadership Course at Camp Ashland, Nebraska and an Advanced Leadership Course at Fort Benning, Georgia. Patrick’s leadership experience, especially while in the military, will aid KPI in maintaining safe and efficient project sites. KPI proudly welcomes Patrick as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.
 
Ron joins KPI with 20+ years of experience in concept design of U.S. and international projects including greenfield systems and brownfield retrofits, modification, and system upgrades. His most recent role was as Concepting Engineer II for Honeywell Intelligrated in Seattle where he helped to launch Honeywell’s satellite office and worked with client’s engineering and procurement teams to provide material handling solutions for various warehouse types throughout North America. Ron holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. Ron’s diverse project design and problem- solving experience will aid KPI in relentlessly pursuing the right solutions for clients. KPI proudly welcomes Ron as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.
 
Danielle joins KPI with 3+ years of experience in the mechanical engineering industry. Her most recent role was as Manufacturing Engineer for Meggitt where she designed a system to account for labor costs and material quantities in SAP to create and correct production BOMs. She also analyzed ITAR regulated documents pertaining to military aircraft, including manufacturing instructions, engineering drawings and material specifications. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Georgia. Danielle’s mechanical engineering experience will aid KPI in designing efficient solutions for clients. KPI proudly welcomes Danielle as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.
 
 
Edward joins KPI with 20+ years of installation and field supervisory experience in conveyor systems. His most recent role was as Field Supervisor for Conveyor Services Inc. in Kentucky where he led teams in the installation of conveyor systems. Edward has training in a variety of online seminars related to the conveyor installation field. He is also OSHA 30 Certified. Edward’s supervisory experience will aid KPI in maintaining efficient and safe project sites. KPI proudly welcomes Edward as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.
 
Vanora joins KPI with 10+ years of project management and systems engineering experience in the defense, oil and gas, and material handling industries. Her most recent role was as Project Manager for Bastian Solutions in Indianapolis where she managed successful installations of multipart automation projects. Vanora holds a Master of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in New York. Vanora’s project management experience will aid KPI in maintaining efficient and safe project sites. KPI proudly welcomes Venora as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.
