Andrew joins KPI with 8+ years of experience in sales and recruiting. His most recent role was as a Recruiting Consultant where he helped companies in the renewable energy, warehouse automation and industrial automation industries find top talent. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Science from the University of Phoenix. He also studied business, fire science and general education from the College of the Canyons, attended the Paramedic School at Bakersfield College and has a Colorado Real Estate Broker License. Andrew’s recruiting and sales experience will aid KPI in adding more skilled talent to their growing team. KPI proudly welcomes Andrew as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.
Mike joins KPI with 12+ years of experience in purchasing and sourcing. His most recent role was as Engagement Director / Consultant at Maine Pointe where he was responsible for leadership and oversight on multiple large-scale projects and delivered bottom line EBITDA improvements by overcoming the client’s most challenging procurement, logistics, operational and organizational barriers. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Minnesota. His purchasing experience will aid KPI in sourcing for all their projects. KPI proudly welcomes Mike as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.
Jean-Michel joins KPI with 3+ years of experience in software development and engineering. His most recent role was as an Applications Development (Java) Engineer at GXO Logistics where he worked with client support to deliver fast and efficient software solutions to their end users. Jean-Michel holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Studies from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He was also chosen to participate in the MAX Technical Training program, which is an intensive, 400-hour software developer boot camp. Jean-Michel’s software developer experience will aid KPI in developing and maintaining custom client solutions. KPI proudly welcomes Jean-Michel as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.
Caroline joins KPI with experience in coding and software development. She recently graduated from the Full Stack Java and C# / .NET MAXimum Coding Boot Camp in Mason, Ohio. She successfully completed an intensive 423-hour Full Stack Software Developer course focused on Java fundamentals, advanced Java, SQL Query writing, and front-end web technologies. Caroline’s recent coding training will aid KPI in their client implementation and software application development. KPI proudly welcomes Caroline as an integral asset now and in future endeavors.
Alexander joins KPI with experience in coding and software development. He recently graduated from the Full Stack Java and C# / .NET MAXimum Coding Boot Camp in Mason, Ohio. He successfully completed an intensive 423-hour Full Stack Software Developer course focused on programming fundamentals, advanced constructs, SQL, front-end web technologies, and project management. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Cedarville University in Ohio. His recent coding training and coursework will aid KPI in custom software development for their clients.
