Configura welcomes 30 Extensions to the CET Marketplace in 2021

LINKÖPING, SWEDEN—Dec. 20, 2021—Configura, maker of CET software, announced today 30 Extensions joined the CET Marketplace in 2021.

Manufacturers looking to join the CET platform can work with Configura or one of Configura’s Service and Development Partners to develop an Extension. Service and Development Partners are companies that offer development services on the CET platform or services that help manufacturers to launch their Extension once it’s developed.

CET stands for Configura Extension Technology, which allows manufacturers to create Extensions that plug into the software. An Extension is an addition to the program with functionality that incorporates the rules, parts and pricing of a given manufacturer's products. More than half the new Extensions added to our Marketplace in 2021 were developed by and with Configura Development Partners. “Having those partnerships enables us to release so many new Extensions each year,” Configura Program Manager Elizabeth Bush said. “We are excited to offer our Users even more great Extensions to choose from when designing their spaces.”
