Kuecker Pulse Integration Welcomes Doug Bosteels, Senior Manager, Customer Service

Kuecker Pulse Integration (KPI) is proud to announce and welcome Doug Bosteels, as the company's Senior Manager, Customer Service.

 

Doug joins the KPI family with 10+ years of experience in information technology and customer service supporting warehouse logistics. Doug has held multiple leadership positions throughout his career including Director of Client Care for Daifuku/Wynright where he managed and directed a team of technical support engineers throughout the United States. Most recently, Doug held the position of Information Technology Specialist for the Town of Hudson, New Hampshire, where he provided daily support for all issues pertaining to both hardware and software applications.

 

Doug holds an Associates in Computer Science, Management Information Systems & Computer Programming. Doug's experience in information technology & customer service within the warehouse logistics industry will significantly help KPI now and its future endeavors. KPI proudly welcomes Doug to the team.
