Director of Demand Generation

The Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for overseeing, implementing, and optimizing enVista’s demand generation activities to effectively deliver target qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue creation.  The incumbent in this role will closely collaborate with cross-functional team members, solution marketing leaders, sales leaders, and other internal stakeholders. This position will manage a small team of direct reports.

The  Director of Demand Generation will strategically develop and deploy comprehensive strategies and programs that support the customer buying journey to foster, support and accelerate demand generation and the sales cycle. This includes overseeing multi-touch and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns from conception and execution, to lead generation and nurturing, to analyzing/reporting outcomes and implementing continuous improvement measures.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to drive net new leads, nurture existing leads, and generate sales pipeline against corporate targets.
Build annual strategies and quarterly campaign plans that include forecasted KPIs to support sales quota.
Lead A/B testing strategies and execution
Measure and optimize demand generation performance based on marketing defined KPIs and provide comprehensive reporting to marketing leadership.
Develop a firm understanding of enVista’s client and prospect personas, their related challenges – and how enVista’s solutions address those pain points.
Devise campaigns that support the buyer journey to accelerate pipeline and sales.
Partner with Marketing Operations to effectively leverage marketing automation solutions, including CRM and marketing automation.
Leverage marketing automation to develop lead nurturing campaigns to convert prospects and existing clients into buyers.
Adhere to and update enVista’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency of execution and best practices.
Partner with Business Development to communicate campaign plans and initiate 360 feedback.
Oversee and manage associated vendor relationships.
Ensure enVista is GDPR compliant while bringing an understanding of laws pertaining to marketing to people.
Collaborate with entire marketing team to integrate and support larger marketing efforts.
Ability to approach work from a strategic perspective and identify processes and gaps, yet also manage and execute tactics at a very detailed level.
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere within the United States

Education, Skills and Experience Needed:

Bachelor’s degree Marketing preferred, Journalism, Business or related
10-12+ years of demand generation experience, preferably in high-tech/B2B/software, firm understanding and experience of integrated marketing.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in demand generation role.
Strong project management capabilities and ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
Familiarity with SEO and how it relates to the buyer journey.
Graphic design and Google Analytics experience beneficial.
Exceptional writing, proof writing, and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics D365 (CRM), Marketo, Terminus and ZoomInfo
