Demand Generation Coordinator

enVista is seeking a Demand Generation Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. As the Demand Generation Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing innovative ideas, creating deliverables, writing copy and executing multi-channel campaigns. Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in campaign performance tracking and A/B testing to meet our aggressive yearly and quarterly goals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is willing to learn complex solutions and is passionate about demand generation.


Support and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive leads, marketing qualified leads and pipeline
Develop, test and continuously improve campaign tactics through the use of A/B testing
Create campaign copy optimized for each channel including email, ABM, LinkedIn Ads, and more
Assist in the creation of new landing pages and updating of out-of-date landing pages to support industry best practices
Develop a firm understanding of enVista’s solutions and target audience to develop high performing campaigns
Provide campaign recommendations to improve conversion rates and performance
Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and report results to marketing leadership
Assist Demand Generation Manager in annual and quarterly campaign planning

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
Minimum 2 – 4 years of proven B2B marketing experience
Experience creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, ABM, social media, traditional and display advertising
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage and work on multiple projects at once with competing deadlines
Experience with marketing automation platforms, HubSpot and Marketo preferred
Familiarity with ABM platforms, Terminus and DemandBase preferred
Must be a self-starter
Must be detail-oriented
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere within the United States
