As a Solutions Analyst you will act as an extension of your clients’ finance teams – seeking to thoroughly understand their internal business rules and how they apply to their transportation network, enhancing enVista’s reporting solutions through custom data transformation, and supporting efforts to integrate client systems with enVista’s proprietary transportation spend management solution.  Successful candidates must have a desire to collaborate both with clients and other enVista teams, drive constant improvement within role responsibilities, and passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute integrated transportation finance solution solutions for customer’s transportation general ledger (GL) cost allocation and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting
Support systems integration efforts for new customer implementations, including customer requirements gathering, requirements liaison to enVista development where applicable, and engineering, testing and executing final solution
 Deliver weekly customer financial reporting to customers
Deliver month-end/accrual financial reporting to customers
Collaborate with Client Services, Freight Audit, Parcel Audit, Carrier Services, and Proactive Analytics teams to deliver client solutions
Act as a point of contact for client questions and requests, and provide appropriate and timely responses, maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with all clients

Skills and Experience Needed:

Education (preferred level): Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance/Accounting or related
1-3 years industry experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required
Proven problem-solving skills required
Strong written and oral communication
Must possess Microsoft Office software proficiency
Ability to adapt and excel in a frequently changing business environment
Ability to work with large amounts of data using MS Excel, MS Access, or SQL-based tools (not required, but would be a differentiator)
