Payroll Analyst

The Payroll Analyst role is responsible for the coordinating and processing payroll across the organization. Primary responsibilities include collecting & validating semi-monthly payroll time, processing expense reimbursements, and managing the overall payroll reporting and administration of the company, domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities: 

Perform semi-monthly payroll processing and biweekly expense reimbursements, including sending required reports to the Finance team
Process new hire paperwork in HRIS
Manage payroll spreadsheet to track and enter all payroll-related changes
Enroll enVista in new state and local tax agencies as needed
Prepare related items in preparation for exit interviews
Complete employment verifications
Multiple visits a week to the office, working mostly remote

Skills and Experience Needed:

1-2+ years of payroll experience, preferably with a global company of 50+ employees
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or relevant experience
UltiPro experience preferred
Advanced MS Excel Skills
Strong attention to detail required
