Marketing Operations Manager

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing our organization’s day-to-day marketing operations and oversight of the MarTech stack. As the trusted resource for marketing operations you will be guiding Demand Generation strategies and maintain oversight of data management, lead management, ROI reporting and analytics.

This role works with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and scope marketing automation and optimization opportunities and works with project teams and end users to plan and implement projects that: increase overall qualified leads for sales teams, increase customer engagement, and drive conversions to meet revenue targets. In this role, you will assist with platform and application integrations, actively seek ways to streamline workflows and gain overall efficiencies through use of additional automation, system integrations and/or newer technology, and track and report results against KPIs.

What you will do:

Serve as the global administrator of enVista’s MarTech stack including: marketing automation platform (Hubspot, Marketo), CRM, and sales enablement platform (Outreach)
Key contributor in defining platform rule sets, process flow,roles, and standards for all business units and users
Work with Executive Leadership to define and track local/ global key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ability to build a bottoms-up Demand Generation plan to support corporate targets as defined by Finance
Build reporting to support executive leadership needs within PowerBI
Develop A/B testing strategies and plan overall methodologies for future testing by creating test case roadmap
Implement and manage marketing campaigns calendar and visibility
Manage CRM administrator to ensure HubSpot and Microsoft CRM sync is accurately configured and pushing the appropriate data fields back and forth between each system
Determine and evolve list segmentation strategies
Collaborate with legal counsel and marketing leadership to ensure compliance with email marketing best practice and compliance with segmentation, GDPR, CCPA, CAN SPAM, and other legislation
Measure the impact of customer marketing activities on customer growth, retention, and financial outcomes, and communicate these impacts within the organization. Manage the development of KPI dashboards, along with enVista’s CRM administrator and Power BI experts
Manage the CRM Administrator and CRM Coordinator

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
5-8 years of marketing automation or marketing operations experience
HubSpot certification and Microsoft CRM experience are preferred
Marketo experience (certification preferred)
Knowledge of marketing tool sets and technology
Desire to be part of a highly collaborative, fast-paced team
Knowledge of demand generation and account-based marketing tactics that drive engagement, drive the creation of new leads, and overall demand generation and account-based lifecycle marketing
Experience or exposure to the process of creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs
Familiarity with B2B marketing and Demand Generation
Minimal travel will be required (mainly to/from Indianapolis)
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere within the United States
