RIOS is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the development of robotic workcells which are used to automate processes in customer factories. RIOS workcells are complex electro-mechanical, robotic, AI & software-driven machines built on RIOS proprietary technology platform that enables common proprietary HW and SW stacks to be applied to diverse customer use cases. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, independent thinker, who can organize and shepherd a multi-disciplinary Team through complex projects with many literal moving parts.

Responsibilities of the Role Include:
Scoping and executing individual projects
Coordinate multiple complex projects across larger programs
Identify & report on any resource constraints that arise during execution
Driving project and program schedule
Issue tracking and reporting -- including getting actionable information to relevant stakeholders
Work with Mechanical Engineers, Roboticists, AI Engineers, Dev OPs, Product, Manufacturing Support, Operations & Logistics to coordinate all aspects of system development
Work with Engineering and Product to forecast project and program timelines and budgets
Attributes of desired candidates may include some of the following:
B.S. in an engineering field with 5+ years of relevant industry experience
Knowledge of project management software and issue trackers (e.g., Jira)
Experience with design and manufacturing processes
A solid understanding of technical engineering principles and analytical techniques
Excellent people and communication skills
Knowledge of the hardware & software development processes
Scrum and/or agile experience
Knowledge of Bill of Material structuring including related files and change management
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design activities and development schedules
Lean Six Sigma Certification
